Pop a bottle of sparkling wine to concoct this beautiful drink. A twist of orange peel makes a sophisticated garnish, while releasing citrus oil into the drink.
- 15 min.
Add Grand Marnier to a champagne flute. Top with pomegranate juice. Fill glass with Prosecco and garnish with orange peel.
Note: To make orange garnish: Using a zester’s channel-knife feature (a small opening in the blade with one sharp edge), cut off a ribbon of orange skin in one long cut around the fruit’s middle. Apply even pressure as you cut, carefully removing mostly orange skin without much white pith. Wrap the peel ribbon around your finger in a tight spiral. Hold it for a few seconds, and then carefully remove and place onto the edge of a glass.
