Seared-Tuna Crostini

  1. Prepare Crostini. For spicy mayo, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, lemon juice and
    1 teaspoon sesame oil. Set aside.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine sesame seeds, salt and pepper; set aside. Pour
    3 tablespoons sesame oil over tuna sections; coat with sesame seed mixture.
  3. In a medium skillet, heat remaining oil over medium-high heat. Add tuna and sear each side for about 25 seconds. Remove tuna from skillet and let rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Cut tuna into ¼-inch slices. Assemble appetizers by topping Crostini with arugula and
    2 pieces of tuna. Drizzle spicy mayo on top. If desired, garnish with chives.

Crostini: Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange 24 baguette slices on two large rimmed baking sheets; brush both sides with olive oil and season as desired. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until crisp and golden, rotating sheets halfway through.
