1 bunch turnip greens
1 bunch collard greens
1 bunch mustard greens
1 bunch green onions (chopped)
1 pound smoked ham chunks
2 garlic cloves
1 pinch baking soda
1 pinch red pepper flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Parboil ham in 3 cups of water for 2 minutes.
Add onions, garlic and seasonings.
Pick and wash greens thoroughly.
Cut into small pieces and add to ham.
Cook on medium heat for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
