3 cups fresh Watermelon, diced medium
1/2 cup Red Onions, diced small
1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced medium
1 Tbsp. fresh Jalapeno Pepper, minced
1 Tbsp. fresh Garlic, minced
2 Tbsps. fresh Cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh Basil, chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh Parsley, chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients, mix well. Refrigerate for two hours.
Serve cold or warm with your favorite chips, chicken or seafood!
