. Lean Boneless Pork
cut into 1/2” cubes
1 Medium Onion, diced
1 tsp. Ground Cumin
2 tsp. Chili Powder
16-oz. can White Beans drained
14-oz. can Corn, drained
14.5-oz. can Chicken Broth
4-oz. can Diced Green Chilies
In a large saucepan, brown pork with onion, add cumin
and chili powder; stir well. Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 2 1/2 hours, until pork is tender and flavors are blended.
