Spicy Honey-Baked Chicken Breasts
This tender, moist chicken is wonderfully sweet and spicy. A touch of cayenne pepper in the spice mix adds kick.

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil; lightly grease foil. Set aside.
2. In a small bowl, combine honey and vinegar; set aside. In a shallow bowl, combine garlic powder, chili powder, salt, cumin and cayenne pepper.
3. Coat chicken with oil and toss in spice rub to coat all sides. Arrange chicken on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink (165°F), brushing with honey mixture during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
