1. In a small bowl, combine paprika, sea salt, ham broth seasoning, garlic, red pepper, chili powder, black pepper, allspice, mustard, cumin and cayenne pepper. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 months.
Quick Tip: Use about 2 tablespoons of rub per 1 pound of meat. To apply the rub, sprinkle it on the meat, then lightly press it into the meat. Apply and refrigerate the meat for up to 4 hours for even better flavor.
