Spiralized Cucumber Blueberry Salad
Honeydew and blueberries mix with cucumber in this fresh and healthy make-ahead salad. The fun part will be eating something that’s pretty and twirly while taking in a fair amount of fruits and veggies.

- Using a spiralizer, spiralize cucumber. Transfer to a medium bowl. Stir in melon and blueberries.
- In a small bowl, combine lime juice, agave nectar and mint. Stir into cucumber mixture. Cover and chill up to 2 hours before serving.
