The flavors of tacos bake on a crescent roll crust to create an easy-to-eat one-dish meal.
- Makes 12 servings
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Unroll crescent rolls and press into bottom of a lightly greased 13×9×2-inch baking pan. Press 1 1/2 cups crushed chips into crescent rolls; set aside.
2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Add water and taco seasoning. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Spread beef mixture over crescent roll layer in baking pan. Top with cheese and remaining chips.
3. Bake for 25 minutes.
