This salad goes together easily the day before a potluck or other meal.
- Makes 10 side-dish servings
1. In a large bowl, combine canned beans, onion and green pepper. Set aside.
2. For dressing, in a screw-top jar combine sugar, vinegar, oil, paprika, salt and pepper. Cover and shake until well combined. Pour dressing over bean mixture; stir until well coated.
3. Cover and store in the refrigerator overnight. Stir again when ready to serve.
