Trail Mix Energy Bars
Every item in the ingredients list for these bars is a friend to health-conscious eaters. These easy no-bake bars are a valuable treat to keep on hand when you want a protein-rich snack or breakfast on-the-go.

1. In a large bowl, stir agave nectar into sunflower butter until well mixed. Add oats, trail mix, wheat germ, oat bran, flaxseed, protein powder and dried fruit bits to sunflower butter mixture; stir well.
2. Press oat mixture into a 9-inch square baking pan. Freeze for 15 minutes; cut into 16 squares. Return to freezer and freeze until hardened. Remove from freezer and wrap each square in plastic wrap. Store bars in freezer bag. The bars are best to eat when partially frozen.
