Tropical Blend Popcorn

- Preheat oven to 300°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet; set aside.
- For tropical syrup, in a small saucepan melt butter. Stir in sugar and juice. Bring mixture to boiling. Continue boiling for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, remove all unpopped kernels from popped popcorn. In a large bowl, toss together popcorn, dried fruit and cashews; spread mixture in an even layer on prepared baking sheet. Pour tropical syrup over popcorn mixture; toss gently to coat.
- Bake for 12 minutes. Stir mixture; bake for 12 minutes more. Remove from oven. Stir once more and cool thoroughly on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
