Vanilla Ice Cream
Some recipes for ice cream involve cooking custard and cooling for hours before freezing. This simplified no-cook, no-egg version produces a creamy white dessert that’s so good.
- 10 (1/2 cup each)
1. In a large bowl, stir together cold heavy cream, cold whole milk, sugar and vanilla until sugar is dissolved. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
2. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
