2008 WFMS/Marsh Kenny Chesney Fly-Away rules and regs

1. No purchase necessary to enter and win.

2. Must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of Indiana to enter and win

3. You can only win one time during this special contest. Only one winner will be selected.

4. How To Enter: Simply text "Kenny" to Marsh. (62774) Upon completion of text, you will be automatically entered to win the trip to see Kenny Chesney in concert.

5. Date of Contest: Participants will be allowed to begin texting on March 10th at 12:00am. Participants are allowed to text throughout the WFMS/hh gregg Country Music ticket stops, that run from March 10th, 2008-April 11th, 2008. Participants can also text the weekend of the WFMS hh gregg Country Music Expo, April 12th and 13th, with registration ending at 12:00 midnight on April 14th. Winner will be selected on Monday, April 14th, 2008.

6. Prize Description: A trip to see Kenny Chesney in concert at a location to be determined. Trip includes airfare for two, 2 night hotel accomodations, and two tickets to a Kenny Chesney concert in tbd city. (value: $1,000.00)

7. The number of people texting/registering for the contest will determine the odds of winning the prize.

8. Any winner, who wins a tangible prize, or cash valued at over $100, is not eligible to win again from WFMS for 30 days from winning date. Winner will be required to sign a supplemental earning form for any prize valued over $100.

9. Any winner who wins a trip (including transportation and accommodations) is not eligible to win again on WFMS for one year. Winner will be required to sign a supplemental earning form for any prize valued over $100.

10. Any winner, who wins a tangible prize, or cash valued at, or over $600, is not eligible to win again on that station for one year. Winners accruing more than $600 per year in winnings will be sent a 1099 by WFMS.

11. Winners will be solely responsible for the payment of any and all expenses and taxes associated with the receipt of the prize. Winner will be required to sign a supplemental earning form for any prize valued over $100. Winners accruing more than $600 per year in winnings will be sent a 1099 by WFMS.

12. Prize is not transferable and will be awarded in the name of the contestant only. No cash substitute is offered for the prize. Prize is not redeemable for other merchandise. Any unused portion of this prize will not be reimbursed.

13. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use without compensation of his/her voice, photo or likeness for promotional advertising purposes in connection with this contest and WFMS

14. Employees of Cumulus Media Partners, WFMS, Marsh, hh gregg, contest sponsors, public relations, promotions, or advertising agency associated with contest sponsors and its affiliated companies and members of their respective families are ineligible to participate in the contest.

15. In return for being permitted to participate in the contest, all participants agree to release WFMS, Cumulus Media Partners, its directors, officers, employees and agents and participating sponsors, their affiliates and agencies or parent corporations from any and all liability for injuries or damages of any kind sustained while involved in any contest activity through the use of a prize once accepted.

16. Entry in this contest grants permission to be contacted by the sponsors of the contest for future marketing efforts.

17. If by reason of error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

18. These on-air contesting rules and regulations may be overridden by specific contest rules and regulations.
